One of my friends is looking for a job in Production engineering and FMCG company. So he submitted his resume on Indeed, Monster, Shine, etc.
Yesterday, he got a call from a recruitment firm based in Nirman Vihar, Delhi. The person on the other side said that his CV has been selected for Nestle, Ford, and 3–4 more companies which are offering 12 lakh in CTC plus bonuses.
They scheduled the interview today. So he arrived there on time.
One lady called him for an interview and ask him about himself and it didn't take 2 minutes.
She told him that you have been selected for the next round and paid 3000 rupees.
He asked her, “why should I pay 3000 rupees”.
She - I will generate your ID in our firm and after that, we will arrange your next round. You can pay using Paytm and Google pay.
She was forcing him to pay the amount immediately.
He asked for a few minutes and called me.
He told me the story and I asked him if there is any other person who has given the interview.
He started talking to a few candidates over there and one of them told him that he has paid 4 times but none of the interviews were cleared and all interviews were telephonic.
After that, I was sure that they are fraud and looting unemployed people by giving them false hope.
