These clinics' publicity and advertisements are so good that many people fall into their trap. The biggest advantage that they have is their ‘sweet coated’ convincing skills.
They convince their customers so well that, no customer can deny getting treatment from them.
Going a step further, they do arrange loans and EMI's for the treatment.
Most of them operate with not many experienced doctors and manage with ‘trained professionals to handle beauty equipment to provide treatment.
Let me narrate an incident on how “well” they treat their customers.
My friend's cousin suffered from active acne and severe acne scars.
She visited a skincare clinic, to get treated for her scars. She met them, paid the fees, and underwent a procedure with them called chemical peeling. She was not able to figure out what went wrong with the procedure.
The result after a few days went horrible. The treatment had spoiled her entire face.
When she inquired about this in the clinic, they said that she had developed some allergy and that had caused a kind of severe inflammation on her active acne.
When it comes to hair care clinics, your before and after treatment looks like, especially in cases like balding.
When it comes to hair fall, the case is different. They ask a customer to pay Rs. 45,000 in advance, give treatment for 6 sittings, and will also force you to buy a hair serum worth Rs. 7000, provide a diet chart to be followed using their own products which comes under a separate bill (exact cost from a well-known hair care clinic some 4 years before).
The best part about these clinics is, if a customer stops the procedure in between, he /she can't claim any money. That's the truth.
The so-called ‘well-trained professional’ clinics are nothing. They say we kare, of course, they are, not for you, but for the money you have.
Please be aware and beware of such clinics.
They are good clinics run by Dermatologists cum Cosmetologists. Visit them and get help from them.
They don't start any procedure just like that, they will go in for research and find the root cause for the issues in your face.
Before starting the procedure, they give you a test injection, to test any development of allergy on you.
Then they carry out the procedure first as a trial, targeting one particular skin area instead of the whole area. Observe it for a particular duration of time and only then do they decide on the procedure for that particular patient.
The ultimate aim for these doctors is to solve your skin issue in the best way possible.
They explain A- Z about the ‘before and after treatment, side effects, cost, everything very clearly before the commencement of the treatment.
So do approach a Cosmetologist, rather than falling into these kinds of scams who wouldn't give you any clear idea compared to how a Cosmetologist explains things to you.
Haven't heard of any single soul, giving positive feedback post-treatment according to me.
NOTE
Do not believe those ‘before and after pictures based on the treatment that these clinics give.
Lighting, brightness, zoom level, a bit of touch-up, photo editing can bring a lot of difference in these pictures almost free of cost than the costly treatments.
